Terms of Service
These terms define our project delivery standards, client agreements, and intellectual property limits.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Postel Studio platform, booking strategy consultations, or hiring our studio for design, web development, or AI automation projects, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these guidelines, please cease all usage of our properties.
2. Studio Services & Delivery
Postel Studio provides custom creative technology solutions under formal statement of work (SOW) agreements. While we guarantee technical execution according to specifications:
- Project scopes and delivery windows are defined individually in each signed contract.
- Ad-hoc requests or revisions beyond the agreed scope are subject to additional billable rates.
- We require timely resource access, brand assets, and feedback from client teams to meet delivery schedules.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of project deliverables depends on finalized agreements:
- Custom Brand Assets & Code: Upon final project payout, ownership of unique brand designs, logos, and custom code modules is transferred completely to the client.
- Pre-existing Tooling: Library engines, template frameworks, and core AI helper algorithms developed by Postel Studio prior to the project remain the intellectual property of Postel Studio.
4. AI Systems & Automation Usage
For client-facing voice, chat, and pipeline automations designed by Postel Studio:
- Clients must ensure that bot interactions and data capture policies comply with local laws (such as prior call recording consent requirements).
- We do not monitor third-party API availability (e.g., ElevenLabs, Vapi, Deepgram) and are not liable for external network downtime.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Postel Studio, its officers, or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising from project integration, codebase deployment, or bot activities.
